About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager for its Playa del Carmen Quinta 12 location to deliver outstanding customer service and support daily store operations. The role involves hand-crafting gelato and preparing specialty Italian coffee and other beverages in a fun, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs Nice to Have
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
