About the Role Amorino is seeking a bi-lingual Shop Assistant/Store Associate to deliver exemplary customer service in our Paris Villiers location. The role combines gelato and beverage preparation with front-of-house operations to maintain a high-quality, fast-paced retail environment. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- Bi-lingual (French and English) communication
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs Nice to Have
