About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager in Paris – Marais to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations while hand-crafting gelato and beverages. This role combines customer-facing service with hands-on food preparation in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors.
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products.
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items.
- Maintain high quality store operations.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Clear and professional communication with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual (English/French) abilities preferred
