Job title: Shop Assistant Manager Paris – Cler
Amorino is seeking a bi-lingual Shop Assistant Manager for the Paris Cler area to support customer service and day-to-day store operations. This role focuses on crafting gelato and beverages, providing exceptional service, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
Nice to Have
- Bi-lingual in English and French preferred
