About the Role Amorino is looking for a bi-lingual shop assistant/retail associate to support store operations at the Batignolles, Paris store. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, sharing knowledge about gelato and beverages, and helping maintain a high-quality store experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through the doors.
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products.
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items.
- Maintain high-quality store operations and contribute to a fast-paced, fun environment.
- Hand-craft gelato flowers and prepare specialty Italian coffee and other beverages as part of customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bi-lingual (French/English) individuals with strong communication skills.
- Customer service oriented and solution driven.
- Fast learner, agile, and capable of hand-crafting gelato.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers.
- Availability to work flexible schedules based on store needs.
