About the Role Join Amorino as a Shop Assistant Manager at our Paris – Abbesses location. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of gelato and beverage preparation, and supporting smooth store operations in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations
- Hand-craft gelato flowers and prepare specialty Italian coffee and other beverages
- Work in a fun, fast-paced environment while representing the Amorino brand
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual (English/French) is a plus
