About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager in Pamplona–Estafeta to join our gelato-focused team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, crafting gelato and beverages, and maintaining smooth store operations in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual proficiency or experience (preferred)
