About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager for the Reforma location to provide exceptional customer service and support high-quality gelato, coffee, and dessert offerings in a fast-paced retail environment. This role combines customer service with hands-on food preparation and store operations to ensure a premium Amorino experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Bi-lingual; strong communication with customers and co-workers
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
Nice to Have
- Experience hand-crafting beautiful gelato flowers and working with specialty Italian coffee
