The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, crafting gelato and beverages, and supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with customers, showcase Amorino's products, and help maintain high standards of quality and service. What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors

Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products

Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items

Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For

High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)

Customer service focused and solution oriented

Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers

Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs Nice to Have
