About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager at the Postas location in Madrid to deliver exceptional customer service and support gelato and beverages in a fast-paced store. The role focuses on hands-on gelato crafting, coffee and dessert preparation, and maintaining high-quality store operations to create a memorable customer experience. The ideal candidate is bi-lingual and thrives in a customer-facing retail environment. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations
- Hand-craft gelato flowers and other beverages while working in a fun, fast-paced environment What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual
