About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager for its London – Ealing Broadway location to lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold high standards of store operations in a fast-paced gelato shop. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Flexible schedules based on store needs Nice to Have
- Bi-lingual communication
- Enthusiasm for hand-crafting gelato flowers, specialty Italian coffee and other beverages
