About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager for its Covent Garden location. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, crafting gelato and beverages, and supporting store operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, desserts and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high-quality store operations
- Hand-craft gelato flowers and prepare specialty Italian coffee and other beverages What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
