About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager for our London – Chiswick location to deliver exceptional customer service and support day-to-day store operations. The role involves engaging customers, sharing enthusiasm for gelato, coffee and desserts, and hand-crafting gelato flowers. You will also be responsible for setup, cleanup, stocking, and ensuring high-quality store operations in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
