About the Role Amorino is seeking talented bi-lingual Baristas and retail associates to join our Leeds store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, sharing knowledge about gelato, coffee and dessert preparation, and hand-crafting beautiful gelato flowers in a fast-paced environment. This position requires flexibility and a passion for customer care. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
