About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager for the Grenoble Grenette location to deliver exceptional customer service and help craft and serve gelato, coffee, and desserts. The role involves engaging customers, staying knowledgeable about products, and maintaining smooth store operations in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors.
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products.
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items.
- Maintain high quality store operations. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs Nice to Have
- Bi-lingual
