About the Role Amorino is seeking a talented Shop Assistant Manager in the Granada area (Armilla) to deliver exceptional customer service, promote gelato and beverages, and maintain store operations in a fast-paced environment. The role includes hand-crafting gelato flowers, specialty Italian coffee and other beverages while ensuring top quality service. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
