About the Role Amorino is a leading gelateria specializing in high-quality gelato and vegan sorbets. We are looking for talented bi-lingual baristas and retail associates who excel at delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role involves hand-crafting gelato flowers, specialty Italian coffee and other beverages, and helping to maintain high-quality store operations. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation, and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work, and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
