About the Role Amorino is seeking talented bilingual Baristas and retail associates to join our Bilbao team near the Guggenheim. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while preparing high-quality gelato, coffee and Italian desserts in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are motivated, outgoing, and passionate about handcrafting gelato flowers and related beverages. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual; capable of communicating in multiple languages (e.g., English and Spanish)
