About the Role Amorino is seeking a bi-lingual Shop Assistant/Barista to join our Bath shop. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and helping guests enjoy gelato, coffee, and desserts. You will contribute to fast-paced store operations and hand-crafted products. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, desserts and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Clear and professional communication with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs Nice to Have
- Bi-lingual proficiency; experience as a barista or retail associate is a plus
