About the Role Amorino is hiring for a Shop Assistant Manager in Paris – Sacré Coeur to deliver exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced gelateria environment. The role involves hand-crafting gelato and beverages, maintaining store operations, and sharing knowledge about our products with customers.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual (French/English) or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Bi-lingual (French/English) is a plus
