About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager at the Villeneuve-la-Garenne Qwartz location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, knowledge of gelato, coffee and dessert products, and maintaining high-quality store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to crafting gelato and Italian coffee offerings while ensuring a friendly guest experience. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs Nice to Have
- Bi-lingual or multilingual abilities (English plus another language)
