About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager for Strasbourg (Rue Mercière) to deliver exceptional customer service and support high-quality gelato and beverages in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes hand-crafted gelato artistry and customer-focused service in a boutique gelateria. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors.
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products.
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items.
- Maintain high quality store operations.
- Assist in crafting hand-crafted gelato flowers and beverages. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred).
- Customer service focused and solution oriented.
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs.
- Bi-lingual language skills highly preferred.
