About the Role Amorino is seeking a bilingual Shop Assistant Manager for its Madrid store to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily store operations. The role involves representing the Amorino brand, knowledge of gelato and coffee, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will engage customers, assist with product prep, and contribute to a well-run, high-quality store. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual capabilities; ability to communicate in two languages
