About the Role Amorino is seeking talented bilingual baristas and retail associates to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced gelateria at 134 Edgware Road, London. The role focuses on preparing gelato, specialty Italian coffee, desserts, and hand-crafted gelato flowers while maintaining high store standards. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual
