About the Role Amorino is seeking a motivated, bilingual shop assistant to join our Westfield Stratford store. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, hand-crafting gelato and beverages, and maintaining high-quality store operations in a fun, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations
- Hand-craft gelato flowers, specialty Italian coffee and other beverages What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
