About the Role Amorino is a gelateria known for high-quality gelato and beverages. We are looking for talented bi-lingual Baristas and retail associates to provide outstanding customer service while crafting gelato and beverages in a fast-paced environment. This Shop Assistant Manager role focuses on delivering excellent service and maintaining high-quality store operations in our Camden shop (237 Camden High Street, London). What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs Nice to Have
- Bi-lingual
