- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through the doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, desserts, and related products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work, and handling of food items
- Maintain high-quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual: English and French
