The role involves hand-crafting gelato flowers, preparing specialty Italian coffee, and working in a fast-paced environment to delight guests.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
