About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager / retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service, educate customers about gelato and beverages, and help maintain a high-quality store experience at our La Baule-Escoublac location. The role involves hand-crafting gelato flowers, preparing specialty Italian coffee, and working in a fast-paced environment to delight guests.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply
