About the Role Amorino is a leading gelateria that offers high quality gelato and vegan sorbets, and is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager for our London – Islington store. The role supports delivering outstanding customer service, hand-crafting gelato flowers and beverages, and maintaining high standards of store operations in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Support flexible scheduling based on store needs What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual; experience as a Barista and in retail a plus
