About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager for Casablanca – Anfa to deliver exceptional customer service, share enthusiasm for gelato and coffee, and support fast-paced store operations. The role focuses on hand-crafting gelato and beverages while maintaining high standards in a vibrant retail environment. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs Nice to Have
- Bi-lingual capability
- Experience as a Barista or retail associate in a fast-paced environment
