About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager for our Boston – Newbury Street location to deliver exceptional customer service and help manage daily operations in a fast-paced gelateria. The role involves hands-on gelato and Italian coffee preparation, product knowledge, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- Bi-lingual ability (e.g., English and Italian) and strong customer service orientation
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
