About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager for our Bordeaux store at Porte Dijeaux. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, showcasing gelato and Italian coffee, and supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual Nice to Have
- Enthusiasm for hand-crafting gelato flowers and specialty Italian coffee and other beverages in a fun, fast-paced environment
