Job title: Shop Assistant Manager
About the Role A hands-on Shop Assistant Manager role in our Amorino Sevilla – Catedral location. You will help deliver an exceptional gelato, coffee, and dessert experience while maintaining high standards of store operations and customer service.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual abilities are a plus
Nice to Have
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
- Experience as a barista or in gelato/food service (preferred)
