About the Role Amorino is seeking a bilingual shop team member for its Rabat Hay Riad location to deliver exceptional gelato, coffee, and dessert experiences. This role focuses on providing outstanding customer service, sharing passion for our products, and maintaining high-quality store operations in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
