About the Role Amorino is a leading gelateria specializing in high-quality gelato and vegan sorbets. We are seeking a bi-lingual Shop Assistant Manager/Retail Associate in Paris to deliver exceptional customer service, hand-craft gelato and beverages, and help maintain a fast-paced store environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, desserts, and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations and contribute to crafting gelato flowers and specialty beverages
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual (English/French) preferred
