About the Role Amorino is seeking talented bilingual baristas and retail associates to join our Polanco store in Mexico City. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and helping with gelato, coffee and dessert preparation in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, desserts and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high-quality store operations
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual
