Job Title: Shoot Coordinator
Location: Lagos | Hybrid

Role Overview
- We’re looking for a Shoot Coordinator to plan and coordinate the planning and execution shoots, campaigns and projects.
- You’ll work closely with management, creatives, talent, clients, and external vendors to ensure projects move smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate shoot planning from pre-production to shoot day and post-production.

Create and maintain shoot schedules, call sheets and production checklists.

Coordinate communication between the creative team, clients, crew, talents, vendors and locations.

Confirm availability and logistics for crew, talent, equipment, props and locations.

Assist with sourcing and coordinating vendors and production materials.

Coordinate the planning and execution of photoshoots, video productions, campaign and events.

Create shoot timelines, schedules, call sheets and production checklist.

Ensure all team are briefed ahead of time and ensure the productions runs according schedule.

Coordinate locations, props, shoot-day logistics, and ensure all required assets and deliverables are accounted for after production.

Track post production timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in production, shoot coordination, project management or a similar role.

Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously, problem-solving and decision making.

Strong attention to details and communication skills.

Basic budgeting and expense tracking skills.

Proficiency with Project tools such as Google workspace, Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar platform.

Previous experience in an agency, production company, talent management, fashion, media or creative environment is an advantage.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experiment in talent, creative, media, fashion, or management agencies.
- Experience coordinating photoshoots, video productions, campaigns, or events.
- Experience managing talent, influencers, models, or public figures.
- Experiment using project management tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, or Google sheets.
- Basic knowledge of content production and creative workflows, understanding of production and shoot requirements.
- Experience preparing call sheets, production schedules, and shoot budgets.
- Experience managing talent, influencers, models, or public figures.

Work Structure:
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm
- Hybrid: Remote work with required in-person availability in Lagos
- Occasional weekends may be required for campaign launches or urgent communications.
Salary
N150,000 / Month.
