What you will enjoy doing
- You will keep an eagle eye on safety to uphold a secure work environment
- Run and follow the daily Work Center Que Report to ensure smooth operations
- Perform various SAP transactions to maintain streamlined stock and sales order flow
- You will be expected to manage cylinder stock, report levels to production and laboratory personnel, and ensure timely shipment of all orders with accurate paperwork
- Handle tasks related to stock and sales order realization including cylinder dedication, record recording, data management, and record handling
- Ensure all original work tickets, folders, and bills of lading are processed daily for manifesting and filing
