About the Role
Join Redo to help customers ship faster, smarter, and cheaper using the Shipping & Fulfillment platform. This role focuses on enabling automated order batching, auto-merge, split orders, scan-to-verify, real-time syncing, and carrier integrations to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. What You'll Do

Help customers implement and optimize Redo's Shipping & Fulfillment automation (order batching, auto-merge, split orders) to reduce manual steps and costs.

Configure and test features like scan-to-verify, real-time syncing with order management systems and Shopify, and live rate integration.

Assist with setting up custom packing slips, tracking emails, and automated customs forms for international shipping.

Collaborate with customers on A/B testing of checkout rates and messaging to improve conversion and profit per shipment.

Provide ongoing support to ensure accuracy of inventory, shipping data, and fulfillment workflows. What We're Looking For

Experience in eCommerce fulfillment, logistics, or shipping operations.

Familiarity with Shopify, carrier integrations, and rate shopping.

Ability to translate customer needs into configuration settings and automations.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have

Experience with packing slip builders, tracking email automation, customs forms automation, and multi-order consolidation.
