About the Role The Shipping Coordinator coordinates project cargo shipments across sea, air and land, handling documentation, data input, and daily liaison with customers and carriers. This role emphasizes efficient coordination, problem solving, and support at the customer's site if needed.
What You'll Do
- Consolidation: prepare operation and transportation documents (booking, BL, pre-advices, loading confirmation)
- Manage import, export and triangle shipments bookings
- Ensure accurate hub billing and job costing
- Monitor cost leadership for cost of sales
