JOB DUTIES/工作职责：

1. Responsible for storing finished products and accounts, organise the placement of finished goods in the warehouse properly, stack them by contract order batch, specification, colour, box number and label, avoid mixing or random stacking, keep the storage area tidy, aisles clear and labels obvious. Properly sort and store returned finished products and keep records. 负责成品实物和帐目入库，合理安排成品在仓库内的存放次序，按合同订单的批次、规格、颜色、箱号、唛头分区堆码，不得混和乱堆，保持库区整洁、通道畅通、标识清楚。对退货回来的成品妥善分类保管，并做好相关记录。

2. According to the shipping plan and sales delivery notes issued by the sales department, check the accuracy of finished product order numbers, order quantities, names, specifications, colours, box numbers (batches), quantities (boxes), marks, and packaging requirements, and pack and palletise appropriately according to packaging size requirements. 根据销售部开具的出货计划和销售出库单，核对成品订单号、订单数量、名称、规格、颜色、箱号（批次）、数量（箱数）、唛头、包装要求的准确性，根据包装尺寸要求，合理装板封箱，装卡板。

3. Provide the logistics department with the accurate number and size of product packages for customs on time. 及时向物流部提供产品包装准确的件数和尺寸作报关资料。

4. Responsible for dispatching finished products and accounts, checking all product packaging, carefully verifying vehicle information from logistics for loading and shipping, and releasing. 负责成品实物和帐目出库，检查所有产品包装，认真核对物流提供车辆信息装车发货，放行。

5. Make sure the finished goods warehouse follows a first-in, first-out system. 确保成品仓库产品能做到先进先出的要求。

6. Be responsible for theft and fire prevention in the warehouse area, report potential hazards in time, and deal with accidents promptly. 负责仓库区域内的防盗、消防工作，发现事故隐患及时上报，对意外事件及时处置。

7. Regularly check the finished goods area, take care of daily checks on the wrapping machine, and promptly deal with and report any issues. 对成品区域进行定期盘点，负责缠绕机日常点检，及时处理和上报异常。

8. Responsible for the reasonable planning of the finished goods warehouse area, ensuring 5S work is in place. 负责成品仓区域的合理规划，确保5S工作到位。

9. Follow the instructions of superiors and complete any tasks assigned by leaders in a timely manner. 服从上级工作安排、及时完成领导临时交办的其他任务。

SKILLS REQUIRED/技能要求：

1. Good understanding of work processes, mainly on warehouse management but also on all other parts of logistics. 对物流的工作流程有很好的了解。

2. Good command of MS office, Be comfortable with ERP, good at number calculation; 电脑办公软件熟练，熟悉ERP系统，数字观念强。

3. Language Basic English capability. 基本的英语阅读能力。

4. Be able to raise issues, to analyze problems for proposing solutions. 能够发现并及时分析问题，提供解决方案。

5. Ability to work under pressure. 能够成熟一定的工作压力。

6. Good relationship with others and strong sense of responsibility. 有良好的工作责任心和工作关系。

7. Forklift driving license required. 装卸货物时要持叉车证上岗。

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/工作经验要求： 3+ years warehouse working experience in warehouse management environment，三年以上仓库管理工作经验。
