About the Role The Shipping Associate - Staging & Loading is responsible for staging and loading finished CNH units, attachments, and other order types for delivery to dealers, end customers, or vendors. This role requires operating equipment and performing inspections to ensure orders are accurate and defect-free before shipment. What You'll Do
- Operate skid steer loaders and compact track loaders to stage and load units onto delivery vehicles.
- Perform visual inspections and walk-arounds to verify options match orders and identify any defects before shipment.
- Maintain files and records and prepare special reports by gathering necessary information to take action on pending matters.
- Pull and load orders; verify part numbers and addresses on the Bill of Lading for shipments via FEDEX, TL, or LTL.
- Follow supervisor instructions, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple activities. What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience in an industrial environment (logistics experience preferred).
- Must be able to legally operate a forklift and motor vehicle. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $23.07 per hour.
