About the Role Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Shipping Associate-I to manage outbound shipments, including inspection, packing, and documentation for domestic and international orders. This on-site role works under the Shipping Manager at Silvus Technologies’ Culver City warehouse to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory and logistics support. What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of outbound shipments: inspection, packing, and preparation of shipping documentation for domestic and international orders.
- Maintain packaging material inventories and oversee packaging and shipping processes for customer orders and trade shows.
- Coordinate transportation and carrier services to meet delivery schedules; support logistics for events as needed.
- Perform other related duties as necessary. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years shipping experience, preferably in manufacturing; experience shipping to international destinations.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must be a U.S. Person due to federal contracts.
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug test. Nice to Have
- Attention to detail, reliability, teamwork; willingness to learn and adapt.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in shipping environments.
- Travel up to 10-25%. Compensation & Benefits
