About the Role P&G's Shine Program for People with Disabilities is a one-year development program that provides firsthand real-life work experience in the corporate world while receiving mentorship from outstanding leaders. The program aims to drive inclusion in the organization and the community, offering people with diverse abilities a chance to further develop their technical and interpersonal skills to improve future work opportunities both inside and outside P&G. What You'll Do
- Participate in a one-year developmental program with project-based roles that make valuable contributions to the business.
- Engage in continuous mentorship, formal training, and day-to-day guidance from your manager.
- Develop technical and interpersonal skills in a corporate environment and gain real-world work experience. What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in any major from an accredited university.
- Legally eligible to work in Egypt.
- Availability of People with Diverse Abilities Government Card (if not, highlight in the application to assess how we can help obtain it after program process and interviews).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Eager to learn and grow.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Good to excellent English proficiency.
