Role Purpose

Performs technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames. Participates in projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency

• Trains new personnel to standard operating procedures

• Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/ materials

• Takes initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems

• Gives periodic status reports in written and verbal formats

• Interacts with others at same level, and one level above, to ensure continuity and efficiency

• Experiences/Education - Required

• High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience

• Beginning job content knowledge

• Experiences/Education - Desired

• Associates or Bachelors Degree

• Successful track record of performance in previous work experiences

• 1-3 years work experience

• The range for this position is $59,731.00 - $82,131.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
