About the Role Shift Supervisor will lead a team and oversee day-to-day shift operations at our UK Distribution Centre in Raunds (near Wellingborough). Working a monthly rotating 3-shift pattern across 5 of 7 days, you’ll step in for the Shift Manager when needed and drive progress to deliver exceptional service at the best cost. What You'll Do
- Lead and deploy a team of Warehouse Operatives and Agency staff, monitoring performance and addressing issues to maintain high standards.
- Provide 360-degree constructive feedback to Warehouse Operatives, creating a supportive environment for growth and excellence.
- Ensure the efficient and timely fulfilment of orders across all channels, utilising the Shift Planner to stay on top of priorities.
- Oversee the flawless dispatch of completed orders—On Time, In Full, every time. What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a comparable role with solid end-to-end warehouse process understanding; ideally in a 3PL or retail brand DC environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Quick thinker and proactive problem solver who embraces change.
- Confident with Microsoft Office and experienced with Warehouse Management Systems. Compensation & Benefits
