About the Role As a Shift Process Engineer (Shift PE) based in Suzhou, you will provide hands-on engineering support to parts manufacturing across new product development and existing production. You will run routine engineering tasks, troubleshoot process and equipment issues, document test results, and help train machinists to keep production running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Participate in parts making, both for new product development and existing parts
- Read, write, and understand work instructions in English; support MS in training new machinists
- Perform troubleshooting and summarization
- Perform a variety of routine engineering tasks requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria
- Analyze and document test results for development and pilot production runs
