About the Role The Shift Organization Lead is responsible for managing and supervising the shift organization unit according to defined objectives and KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring governance and process execution. What You'll Do
- Lead the shift organization unit and supervise its activities in line with defined objectives and KPIs.
- Identify improvement opportunities in area of responsibility, provide consulting, and contribute to service delivery improvements.
- Ensure adherence to standards and governance and ensure proper process execution.
- Direct the team members within the area of responsibility, plan regular team activity to cover all activity stages and respond to all requests.
- Define team members' objectives, tasks and responsibilities, provide clear instructions, and monitor and evaluate results.
- Identify training and development needs of direct reports, support their professional development, and assist in applying newly acquired knowledge.
