Shift Operator
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area. Involves using existing systems and protocols. Operate complex systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for carrying out new product trails and for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies. Contribute data and information to production plans. Run reports, check accuracy, and distribute information. Supervise a team performing routine work. Help to install complex systems and conduct inspections of equipment with guidance. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs and carry out preventive maintenance routines.
Requirements
- Jananese language level (Business)
- High School / FE College (2 A Levels)
- Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
- Basic experience of coordinating the work of others.
- Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
- Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies.
- Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
- Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to review and create relevant, lucid and effective reports.
- Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing, monitoring, interpreting and understanding policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.
- Manages and applies safe systems of work without supervision and provides technical guidance when required.
- Identifies, assesses, prioritizes and manages risks in a production process without supervision and provides technical guidance when required.
