About the Role
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic Shift Manager to lead store operations, train coworkers, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role focuses on delegating tasks, resolving issues, merchandising support, and maintaining a clean, inviting store at Kwik Star 1025.
What You'll Do
- Delegate tasks and train coworkers to meet daily goals
- Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot register or transaction issues
- Set the example for outstanding customer service and ensure the team focuses on daily goals
- Assist with merchandising and store presentation
- Motivate the team to complete tasks and meet goals
- Support a fast-paced environment by maintaining smooth operations

- 6 months retail experience including customer service and money handling

- Lift up to 50lbs, walk/stand up to 8-10 hours per day
- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $15.90 to $22.26 per hour
- In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability
